Automatic two thread-chainstitch buttonholer with CNC step
motor technology for the material feed and integrated DC sewing
drive. With fully automated cutting system "MULTIFLEX" for preprogrammed
sewing and cutting of round eyelets, also in
sequence with different buttonhole length end shapes without
changing the cutting tools. With lower gimp guide, trimmer for
needle thread, looper thread and lower gimp cut short. Needle
thread monitor and programmable double stitching function for
expressive buttonholes with thin thread size. Fabric clamps with
offset lifting method to secure equal short thread ends after
cutting. Control panel with graphic display.

Equipped with DAC Comfort control (Guaranty on the control of 2 years). With the DAC Comfort 50 buttonhole programs can be
programmed, e.g. with the following parameters: cutting before
sewing, after sewing or without cutting, with taper bar, straight
bar-tack or round tack, bar-tack length, with or without eyelet,
stitch length in the lip, stitch length in the eye, throw width in the
lip and in the eye, cutting space. Additionally equipped with electronical regulated needle thread tension, suction device for fabric waste removal and switch for the most convenient threading position. Cut lengths up to max. 32 mm depending on the length package. Sewing speed up to 2.500
stitches/min. max. 25 sequences with up to 9 buttonhole
programs each can be programmed. With test and monitoring
system "Multitest".
